NOTES FOR PURCHASES ON INSULATED PANEL:
1. All prices noted in U.S. funds. Quotation includes material only. FOB Factory.
2. A signed Acknowledgment is needed to begin the order process.
3. Prices do not include applicable freight, sales or use tax, or installation labor.
4. Unit Price quotations do not include accessories, flashing and trims, shop drawings, aluminum extrusions, factory-folded corner panels and/or
trimless ends.
5. Engineering stamp is not included (unless otherwise specified in a quotation).
6. All fasteners are Zinc plated per Kingspan standard details unless otherwise noted.
7. Panels require adequate structural support for panel fastening that is not provided by Kingspan/RicAra Sunrise.
8. Customer to confirm all requirements as quotation may vary from specifications and drawings.
9. Pricing subject to final color and finish selection and approval.
10. Unless noted herein, the panel(s) quoted will carry our standard 2 year Limited Warranty and standard 20 year Limited Paint Finish Warranty
only.
11. An engineering analysis of the load/span conditions has not been made. Structural calculations can be provided once purlin and girt spacings and
loads are provided.
12. All Kingspan/RicAra Sunrise quotations are based on Kingspan’s standard specifications and/or interpretation of the information provided. Any information not
provided is not the responsibility of Kingspan/RicAra Sunrise to obtain.
13. Kingspan/RicAra Sunrise cannot accept responsibility for damages, either liquidated or consequential, due to delays.
15. Kingspan/RicAra Sunrise reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions contained herein.
16. Modified Polyester (MP) coating in Imperial White color is considered the standard finish for panel exterior and interior facing. Kingspan/RicAra Sunrise reserves
the right to supply either Modified Polyester (MP) or Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) on panel exterior and interior facing depending on
availability.
17. Kingspan panels are manufactured with steel facing of Grade 33(A) with either G90/Z275 Hot Dipped Galvanized Coating or Galvalume 55%
Aluminum, 45% Zinc AZ50/AZM150. Kingspan reserves the right to supply either of the above coated steel depending on availability.
18. 900 and Kingzip Series roof panels require field removal of liner side cutbacks at endlaps and eaves. Please advise if you require factory removal
of cutbacks. Charge is $30.00 per panel.
19. The DeLand facility has just re-etched its embossing rollers as part of our regular maintenance program due to wear. This now means we have a
sharper pattern to our embossed steel and it may appear to vary in texture from previous projects. If you are placing any orders to match a previously
supplied order please ensure you inform our customer service representative so we can endeavour to match as best as possible.
VALIDATION:
1. Pricing is valid for 30 days and based on delivery within 90 days of the quotation date.
2. Orders placed beyond 30 days of quotation date are subject to adjustments based on market conditions.
3. Panel delivery beyond 90 days from quotation date may be subject to price increase due to any potential pending price increases or raw materials
as dictated by our suppliers.
4. Pricing and delivery are subject to availability of material.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This Quotation constitutes an offer. This Quotation is expressly limited to, and expressly made conditional on, Buyer’s acceptance of Kingspan’s/RicAra Sunrise
Sales Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available Here (English. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
even if they are not countersigned by Buyer. Such Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to sale of product
specified in this Quotation. No addition to, waiver of or modification of these Terms and Conditions, nor anything stated on the Buyer’s
Purchase Order or Terms and Conditions, shall be binding on Kingspan unless expressly agreed to in writing by Kingspan, which writing states
that it supersedes these Terms and Conditions in that regard, and the specific provision so stating has been initialed as “accepted” by Kingspan.
Any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by Buyer to vary any of the terms of this document is hereby objected to and
rejected, but such proposal shall not operate as a rejection of the contract for sale of goods unless such variations alter the description of the
product, quantity, price or delivery schedule. Any prior agreement with Buyer with respect to the terms and conditions applicable to this sale
shall not apply.
2. All products must be installed and maintained in strict accordance with Kingspan’s Installation guide. Copies are available upon request.
3. This quote is subject to credit approval. All orders are subject to acceptance by Kingspan. Payment terms are established by Kingspan credit
department.
4. Payment is to be made to RicAra Sunrise. Overdue payments will bear interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum
rate permitted by applicable law. Kingspan reserves the right to add a 2% fee to all credit card transactions.
5. Kingspan will make every effort possible to meet our customers’ required date(s) for delivery of materials to job site; however, Kingspan will not
accept back charges caused by delays beyond our control. This includes delays due to carrier pick-up(s) from our plants and/or delivery of
materials to site.
