I remember, about 13 year ago, I contacted a lemon packing company close to the ocean, it was like summer time, they usually picked up the lemons on temperatures around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the customer needed to pre-cool them to 70 degrees in about two hours to be able to put in the cold storage and process the packing and finally ship it to the customer, that was a big challenge but we made it, we created a custom heat extraction system.
The customer got so happy! that moment was priceless for us.
